【胡治言／綜合報導】新竹縣劉姓科技工程師，前晚在竹市鬧區一家電影院看電影時，見鄰座19歲吳姓女高中生穿著火辣短褲，趁女生看電影看得入神，撫摸短褲妹大腿，吳女在男友耳邊說「旁邊有變態！」男友氣得質問，劉雖不斷道歉，因短褲妹堅持提告。
