【戴安瑋／台北報導】針對大統長基油品造假，消保處副處長吳政學說，消保處今已派員南下彰化縣，與彰化縣消保官到大統長基了解外，並要求大統長基董事長高振利北上洽談具體賠償方案，但高以身體健康狀況不是很好為由，婉拒北上，不過承諾3日內向彰化縣政府提出具體賠償方案。

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】中央氣象局預測，本周台灣天氣受到東北季風影響，各地白天溫度涼爽到舒適，但早晚都偏涼，中南部要注意日夜溫差大。預計這波東北季風在周五到下周日會影響最明顯，到時北部低溫將只有19℃，中部地區受到輻射冷卻效應影響，沿海空曠地區低溫可能下探17℃，提醒民眾注意。
