| 馬：兩岸談判不會迴避政治敏感性

馬英九總統今天下午接見「兩岸經貿文化論壇」代表團時指出，政府的兩岸談判不是「只經不政」，不會因具政治敏感性就刻意迴避；只要有迫切性的就先討論，不管是難的或非經濟性問題。兩岸談判不躁進也不刻意迴避，是政府很重要的原則，
「現在有一種說法認為政府『只經不政』，我們沒有這樣。」馬總統說，兩岸目前正在談的兩會互設機構，雖然議題本身中性，但當然具有政治敏感性；「我們也沒有因為他有政治敏感性就迴避」。不過如果連這都談不出結果，那其他高階政治性議題也很難搬上檯面。

| 油品問題連環爆 食藥署否認隱匿

食藥署在去年曾針對國內調合油進行研究，早就發現部分油品脂肪酸比例異常，外界質疑，食藥署早知道假油涉嫌隱匿不發；食品藥物管理署食品組組長蔡淑貞表示，「這樣的說法對食藥署太沉重，畢竟同仁都是盡心盡力工作。」
食品藥物管理署副署長吳秀英澄清，去年委託美和科技大學的研究計畫，目的是在開發鑑別調和油的油脂種類分析方法，並不是用確認方法來進行油品調查。蔡淑貞也說，在方法還沒檢驗確定前，沒有辦法證明油品有問題。
