【胡治言／綜合報導】高雄一名男子吳順良，昨提著一袋狗鞭在公園販售，遭埋伏的高雄市關懷流浪動物協會發現後報警，警方依違反《動物保護法》移送法辦，依法將可開罰十至五十萬元。
今日《蘋果》報導，高市前鎮區興旺路附近民眾常聞到一棟民房傳出血腥惡臭，甚至傳出小狗慘叫聲，動保團體跟監埋伏，昨早在興仁公園發現吳順良提著一袋狗鞭在公園兜售，立即報警。警方帶吳男返回住處，驚見一鍋藥膳狗肉，當場人贓俱獲，吳男坦承殺狗煮食，動保人士當場痛罵「沒人性！」警方則依違反《動物保護法》移送法辦，依法將可開罰十至五十萬元。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】美國麻州有一名女子，前天早上在月台等車時打瞌睡並疑似夢遊，在月台邊走路時跌落鐵軌，而後有其他乘客發現將她救起。
該名31歲女子手臂受傷，送醫治療後已無大礙。她說自己當時在月台長椅睡着了，可能是因為夢遊而墮軌，鐵路公司指當時並無列車駛近，但她險些觸及帶電鐵軌。乘客聽到尖叫聲後，發現墮軌女子，跳下將她救起。
