【賴又嘉／台北報導】陳姓男子懷疑36歲張姓妻子與黃姓男同事有染，要求黃男簽切結書保證不與妻交往後，認為兩人仍暗通款曲，今年1月檢查妻子行車紀錄器，發現妻曾在去年底與黃男開車上合歡山，今年初黃男還問張女「要不要去泡溫泉？」張女答「好啊！」兩天後又錄到兩人呻吟聲。
陳男氣炸，認為兩人藉泡湯通姦又車震，怒告通姦。但黃男辯稱簽約是被陳男所逼，否認兩人有逾矩行為。檢方勘驗行車紀錄器，發現兩人確有不尋常互動，但認為即使錄到呻吟聲，可能是愛撫等舉動，未必是通姦，難以證明兩人性器接合，今將兩人不起訴。

〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕台灣第一位天主教樞機主教單國璽去年8月因肺癌病逝，留下遺願之一，就是為自己擔任榮譽董事長的輔仁大學籌建附設醫院，醫院雖然在今年6月已正式動土興建，但數億元的經費缺口仍未完全到位，院方今（23）天表示，將義賣輔大駐校藝術家、嶺南畫派宗師歐豪年水墨畫等珍貴收藏品，起拍底價合計近3千萬。<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/nownews/life/~4/a5lEfCybg7Q" height="1" width="1"/>
