黑心油連環爆，經濟部工業局今天表示，目前食品GMP認證食用油脂工廠共16家，共有129項認證產品；其中，針對宣稱100%食用油認證產品，21日委託食品所進行抽查（7家廠商，20項產品），預計兩天內完成。

| 桃園衛生局查辣椒油無辣椒廠商

桃園縣衛生局今天持續清查縣內不良油品行動，針對火鍋店使用油品，下午循線在蘆竹鄉高和興醬園公司查到製售的「辣椒油」產品，也是包裝標示主要原料是「辣椒」，原料使用油性辣椒精、油性辣椒紅，卻沒有辣椒，同樣涉及標示不實，衛生局依食品衛生管理法從重罰處最高20萬元，限期一個月內下架回收。

| 馬總統：11月召開全國食安會議

衛生福利部正在籌備全國食品安全會議，預計年底召開。馬英九總統在中常會上表示，這是攸關民生的重大議題，要求衛福部11月召開，他也會參加。馬總統也要求衛福部跟法務部商討，提出食管法修法建議，將刑度提高到三年以上。
