| 藥局買針筒注射毒品 遭警當場查獲

【戴之聖／基隆報導】昨天下午2時許，基隆七堵派出所警員行經永富路1間西藥店前，看見1名男子搖搖晃晃，疑似酒醉形跡可疑，警員上前盤查發現這名37歲的周姓男子有多項毒品前科，警員在周男外套右口袋搜到2隻注射針筒，另在男子皮夾搜出0.21公克的海洛因，周男承認到藥房購買針筒，打算返家注射毒品海洛因，沒想到剛走出藥房就被眼尖警員逮個正著，警方詢問後將其依毒品罪嫌移送法辦。

| 不以營業毀謗罰 公平會：因被毀謗者未提告

【張勵德／台北報導】今年4月台灣三星電子引爆「寫手門」事件，公平交易委員今天宣布重罰三星公司及受雇公司，這是公平會首次用《公平法》第24條「足以影響交易秩序之欺罔行為」，處分網路不當行銷行為。公平會副主委孫立群說，此次依第24條開罰，而非依第22條的「營業毀謗」處分，是因受毀謗的公司不願出面證實商品是否真有問題、也未提告，所以只能用《公平法》第24條開罰。
