【劉榮輝／台南報導】台南市一名林姓女子7月間以四仙祖附身驅邪為由，在家中站在心臟病發的母親身上，朝胸部猛踹五、六下，造成母親重傷不治，警獲報將林女強制送醫，法官以林女精神疾病突然發作，心神喪失為由諭知無罪，但令入相當處所施以監護5年，可再上訴。
