【劉榮輝／台南報導】瘖啞鄭姓男子平日靠兄嫂接濟過活，7月間跟嫂嫂要不到錢，竟持鐮刀亂砍在看電視的嫂嫂，刀刀見骨，所幸送醫後沒有生命危險，鄭男被依殺人未遂罪嫌移送法辦，台南地院以他罹患妄想症，有極端的被害妄想，諭令無罪，但須入相當處所施以監護5年，可再上訴。
