| 國防大學教授：多屬艱苦單位 願投入者不多

國防部從1500份軍中問卷，列出軍中最新四大不願留營的原因，依序為，不能用智慧型手機、不能下班、薪資太少與有假不能放。
根據國防部研析，民國97年與98年由於國際金融海嘯，這兩年的志願役士兵招募人數達到9267人、1萬303人，達到招募目標122.92%與111.56%，但民國99年、100年後，就僅募到1萬624人及4364人，僅達到當年度招募目標64.6%及50.31%。
