衛福部公布檢驗三款大統和富味鄉棉仔油，粗煉和精煉都未檢出有毒棉酚，但這不代表大統油都沒問題，有34件產品違法添加銅葉綠素，消基會認為若依照80多項有問題的產品推算，應該重罰2.1億，而神隱了好幾天的董座高振利，下午突然現身，原因是衛生局又發現有9件沙拉油混棉籽油，檢察官要他出面確認，而他也當場認了。
