| 認罪協商法官判十月 女毒蟲拼假釋要求判一年

一名女毒蟲因為毒品案件經檢察官同意認罪協商，不料法官判十個月徒刑時，女毒蟲居然主動表明希望法官判刑一年，讓檢察官和法官都當庭傻眼！原來女毒蟲誤以為判刑一年才有假釋機會，檢察官解釋後，法官還是依毒品罪名，判處這名女毒蟲十個月的有期徒刑。(彭清仁報導)
據了解，這名因為毒品案在桃園女子監獄服刑的葉姓女子，日前因為毒品案被押解到新竹地院出庭。蒞庭公訴檢察官在詢問後，葉姓女子同意認罪協商，檢察官依被告涉案情節輕重，與法官達成協議，最後在開庭時，法官當庭判處被告十個月徒刑。卻不料被告居然語出驚人的希望法官能夠判一年，讓蒞庭的檢察官和法官都傻眼。
