| 立委擬修法 設食安基金獎勵檢舉

尤美女、林淑芬、田秋堇、劉建國等立委25日召開記者會表示，將提出《食品衛生管理法》第50條修正草案，擴大檢舉人範圍為雇主之外的人，不限於勞工，並擬用違法雇主繳給政府的行政罰鍰設置「食安基金」，作為食品檢舉者獎金、消費者食品訴訟經費等用途；並且修法新增要求地方政府有義務替消費者提起公益訴訟，向業者求償。
「從陸續出現塑化劑、毒澱粉、大統油等黑心食品，皆是因為業者無法自律，」
