【郭美瑜╱台北報導】北市大推綠色運具，不少國中生騎單車上學，北市議員昨公布調查，北市59所市立國中，僅22校在校內設單車位，多數僅供教職員停，學生沒得停，只好在校外隨便停，有學生投訴半年內遭竊2台單車，痛批不合理。北市教育局昨說，各校可依空間自行規劃設置單車格，基於學生安全，仍鼓勵走路上學。

| 紅點概念設計獎 台作品大放異彩

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】大同大學工設系學生陳宥鍀、林慶璍、林大智、謝易帆在2013德國紅點概念設計獎贏得「BEST OF THE BEST」獎項，台灣設計師的作品更搶進前3名，差點贏得「紅點之星」（luminary）。今年共有來自57國、共4394件作品參賽，202件作品入選紅點設計概念獎，49件獲選「Best of the Best」。
據大同大學設計頻道稱，陳宥鍀與林慶璍利用傳統榫接技術「魯班鎖」，打造出具有超現實感的「高腳椅」（作品名稱：弄榫）。林大智、謝易帆作品「清轉合」：利用水泥和竹子製作具有「外型」、保留素材原始風格的椅子。兩者均受到評審青睞。
