| 富味鄉、大統高額罰款入國庫 民眾沒得分

【邱俊吉／台北報導】追繳富味鄉、大統長基的不法所得，衛生福利部經專家會議評估，分別向新北市政府、彰化縣政府建議，各可開罰富味鄉4.6億元、大統長基18.5億元，食品藥物管理署研究員黃文魁說，這些罰單，理論上會由地方政府開出，若有窒礙處，才會由中央政府開罰，但不論誰開罰，都將作為政府的罰款收入，不會撥發給民眾，因無法源依據，民眾若要向兩廠商求償，仍得走民事訴訟途徑。

【葉國吏／綜合報導】全球最紅的黃色小鴨，桃園新屋後湖埤今天正式展出，第一天就湧入超過10萬人，來跟黃色小鴨合照。不過由於桃園風大，有網友夜探時發現，小鴨竟然瞬間老了老幾十歲，成了「阿婆鴨」。
