民進黨立委劉建國、陳亭妃召開記者會，指出食品大廠如佳格、美達、統一、泰山、大成、味全、光泉等商家，擔任財團法人食品工業研究所的董監事，但食品所又是進行GMP認證以及認證工廠追蹤查核的單位，質疑有「球員兼裁判」的疑慮，沒有利益迴避。
