美股28日呈現盤整走勢，由於經濟數據未有太好表現，加上聯準會(FED)本週將舉行例會，使得多空似乎都無意過早表態，道瓊、標普500指數盤中暫維持在平盤附近上下震盪。

| 美國共和黨向衛生部長髮難：應該傳喚她

【大紀元2013年10月28日訊】（大紀元記者柳芳編譯報導）美國兩名共和黨高層就奧巴馬政府匆忙推出的新健保交易網問題不斷，再向美國衛生部長西貝柳斯（Kathleen Sebelius）發難，表示如果她不能在週一（28日）5PM前提交故障細節報告，就應傳喚她。
上週四（24日），負責搭建聯邦政府健保網的四家承包商代表在國會眾議院接受聽證時，承認網站在10月1日推出前，他們沒能獲得足夠的時間進行嚴格和全面測試。這項工作通常需要幾個月時間，他們最終只得到兩週不到的時間，導致網站推出後，問題不斷。
按計劃，衛生部長西貝柳斯將在本週三（30日）出席眾議院舉行的聽證會。
