【陳培煌／台北報導】消費者批評黑心油退貨不便，衛福部長邱文達上午赴立法院備詢前受訪時表示，有關消費者退貨求償問題，行政院今會進行跨部會討論，「一定會解決」。
邱文達說，衛福部會繼續嚴查重罰，1101油安專案完成後會擴大到其他食品查核，目前166家油品工廠已查完，270多個樣品查驗完畢後，若有不正常，會請當地衛生局查察。
