【陳俐妏╱台北報導】巴克萊證券表示，雖看好台股獲利表現，不過考量中國經濟復甦和美國國債疑慮，加上領先指標顯示明年成長仍有趨緩的現象，明年指數走揚表現趨謹慎，調降台股組合beta值，轉進近期回檔修正後電信股，台股組合加入遠傳(4904)、日月光(2311)。

| 萬聖節裝扮玩具抽驗 7成6不合格

【唐鎮宇／台北報導】萬聖節將至，經濟部標準檢驗局今公布日前在南部地區抽驗30件萬聖節「裝扮玩具」，發現品質檢測有4件「塑化劑含量」超標，另有23件「中文標示」不符，共有23件商品不合格。標檢局已依《商品檢驗法》規定通知業者限期回收改正，逾期未改正將處10萬至100萬元的罰鍰。
標檢局表示，這次抽驗塑化劑超標的4件商品分別為「羽毛面具E-1」、「鼻子」、「綠色尖耳」、「玩具(金屬皮指環-龐克)」，「塑化劑含量」介於0.134﹪~41.098﹪，超過國家標準CNS 4797「玩具安全(一般要求)」容許量0.1﹪規定。
