| 今大台北東側、北海岸、東半部有短暫雨

【張勵德／台北報導】氣象局表示，由於昨晚開始有部分水汽移入東半部陸地，今天迎風面的大台北東側、基隆北海岸及東半部地區會逐漸轉為有短暫雨的天氣，不過降雨時間不會太長，至於桃園以南地區仍維持多雲到晴的穩定天氣。氣溫方面，今天各地白天高溫約攝氏28到30度，早晚低溫約攝氏18到20度，日夜溫差較大。
氣象局表示，原位於菲律賓東方海面上的熱帶性低氣壓，今天凌晨2時發展成第29號颱風，中文譯名為「柯羅莎」。目前柯羅莎颱風中心位置在鵝鑾鼻東南東方1290公里海面上，以時速20公里速度向西北西移動。氣象局預估，未來柯羅莎颱風最可能通過呂宋島北部後進入南海，應不會直接影響台灣。

| 財政部︰10月前3周出口微減

【林巧雁／台北報導】財政部長張盛和今天早上到立法院財委會備詢，會前被媒體問到10月出口表現時表示，前3周加起來減少一點，每周增減不同，1周增、1周減，3周減少的幅度很小、很低。10月出口是否可正成長？他說︰「很難講，第4周還不清楚」。
