【陳偉周／新北報導】新北市萬里龜吼漁港，今天下午2時許，民眾驚見1名男子在海邊載浮載沉，趕緊報警處理，警方、岸巡人員到場，發現這名男子全身赤裸，大體有浮腫現象。
