【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市22歲陳姓男子今年4月10日清晨4時許，和18歲弟弟在新北市亞東醫院14樓會議室外，拆下掛在走廊牆上的亞東醫院創辦人徐元智的油畫畫像，拿到男廁用奇異筆塗鴉，事後被醫院安管人員報案查獲。兩兄弟供稱為了好玩而惡搞，今被新北地檢署起訴毀損罪嫌，最重可判刑2年。
