【陳瑩欣／台北報導】主計處公告第3季經濟成長率僅1.58%，元大寶華經濟研究院院長、台大經濟系兼任教授梁國源說：「今年不保2的風險增高很多」，他指出，第3季經濟動能明顯低於預期，經濟觀察者震驚程度和9月出口年衰退7%差不多，加上財長張盛和已先講10月前3周出口不好，今年前景令人擔憂，呼籲政府思考改善薪資結構以提振內需。

| 毒蟲違規停車露餡 遭警查獲海洛因

【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆市警方前天晚上8時許巡邏行經義二路時，發現1輛自小客車違規並排停車，警方利用小電腦查出該車主35歲應性男子是毒品列管人口，且多次未到警局驗尿，便上前盤查詢問。
應男不耐地說：「上班沒空去驗，我已經沒吸毒了！」還主動掏出口袋給警方檢查，不料此時真的有包海洛因從口袋掉出來，應男當場傻眼百口莫辯，警方隨即將他帶回訊問。訊後警方依違反《毒品危害防制條例》移送應男。
