| 關中談食安 應釐清政務及事務責任

考試院長關中今天在考試院會中，首度針對食安問題發表意見，關中表示，大統食用油等食品安全事件爆發後，媒體多篇社論都不滿政府危機處理，對政府未能嚴謹把關提出批評。關中表示，從考試院的職權來看，想到的是「政務官」與「事務官」的職務分際與二元運作體系，還需要時間養成政治與行政的文化。
關中說：考試院應該在「政務官」與「事務官」間的職務分際和二元運作體系的建構上，從整個人事制度上多加思考。
