【朱正庭／台北報導】台北101金融大樓剛剛表示，初步了解今晚8時的地震，並沒有造成該大樓災情，包含商場、辦公大樓的電力也都正常，各部門仍在匯報各樓層狀況中。台北101大樓發言人劉家豪初步研判，減緩搖晃程度的阻尼器因地震時間短，啟動機會不高。

| 無良攤商急凍活貓 剝皮後當兔肉出售

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】中國江蘇省淮安市，民眾發現有無良攤商用貓肉充當兔肉向飯店出售，黑心攤商將大群小貓鎖入窄狹的鐵籠內，部分更活生生被放進冷凍櫃內凍死，以便剥皮加工。
當地動物衞生監督機關聯同公安、工商等多個部門，昨天(30日)凌晨4時採取行動，突擊檢查一家黑心攤商，起出一整批急凍貓屍，還在現場發現一堆被剝下來的貓毛及貓皮。
