詐領獎勵金 醫師自首獲緩起訴

（中央社記者劉世怡台北2014年1月4日電）北巿聯合醫院和平院區陳姓醫師涉嫌詐領醫師獎勵金逾新台幣26萬元。台北地檢署日前偵結，審酌他自首，處緩起訴。

北檢公布的緩起訴書指出，陳姓醫師從民國99年1月起至100年8月止，並無實際看診，竟在員工臨時簽到表簽到，進而領到獎勵金17萬8200元。

檢方表示，陳姓醫師後來趁受家醫科主任委託代為製作表格機會，明知自己沒有實際執行兵役體檢門診，竟將家醫科主任執行兵役體檢門診人數，記載成為自己門診人數，而詐得獎勵金8萬2895元。

陳姓醫師在100年11月30日赴廉政署北部地區調查組自首。

檢方審酌他繳回不法所得，素行良好，並無前科，且本件是因他自首才得以偵辦，經此教訓，日後應知所警惕慎行，因此將他緩起訴1年，須向公益團體支付15萬元罰金。
