【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】外國媒體報導，德國慕尼黑地方法院裁定，宏達電產品侵犯諾基亞「EP1148681」號專利，此項專利與透過藍牙或NFC傳輸資訊有關，宏達電所有Android平台手機恐面臨永久禁售的處分。

報導中指出，諾基亞只要向法院繳交4億歐元保證金，即可要求暫時全面回收宏達電在德國銷售的Android平台手機。宏達電若上訴失敗，其所有侵權產品將不得進入德國市場。

此前，該德國法院也判決宏達電產品侵犯諾基亞USB專利。
