未授權小鴨 基市議長要求停賣

基隆黃色小鴨主辦人議長黃景泰今天下午召開記者會，再度對引起霍夫曼的不悅鞠躬道歉。黃並表示，經霍夫曼合法授權的只有「荷蘭官方版」黃色小鴨，已經寄存證信函給前活動總策畫范可欽，不要在「范可欽所屬單位的展館內，賣未經霍夫曼授權的商品」，否則後果自負。

黃景泰表示，如果還有相關販售行為，將配合霍夫曼採取維護權益的行動；針對展區海洋廣場一、二期出現違規攤販售賣小鴨相關產品，也請警方加強取締，警方目前也已告發20名攤販。

記者去電范可欽，他的團隊人員表示，范可欽正在開會，稍晚才會回應。
