疾管署將說明H10N8禽流感

（中央社記者龍瑞雲台北2013年12月18日電）中國大陸江西南昌市出現全球首例人染H10N8禽流感死亡病例。疾管署上午10時30分將舉行記者會對外說明。

疾管署向中國大陸查證後表示，這名患者是73歲女性，11月30日在南昌市醫院治療，12月6日因呼吸衰竭、休克死亡，所有與她有關的密切接觸者沒有出現異常。患者臨床診斷是重症肺炎併高血壓、心臟病、重症肌無力等疾病，免疫力低，且有活禽經營市場暴露史。

疾管署副署長周志浩表示，H10N8屬於禽流感，目前可透過病毒培養及定序檢驗，是否列入法定傳染病則將評估。

周志浩表示，預防方法是不接觸、不餵食禽鳥，赴中國大陸、港澳出差或旅遊時應注意個人衛生及清潔，食用雞、鴨、鵝及蛋類要熟食；返國後如出現不適，應戴上口罩儘速就醫，並告訴醫師接觸史及旅遊史，以便醫師提供適切的醫療服務。
