油價居高不下 航空業者：只能減少虧損

國內航空票價原規劃調漲5%至20%，因立委強烈砲轟，加上高鐵漲價引發民怨，交通部擔心引發連鎖效應，硬是將航空票價漲幅砍半，約2%至10%。航空業者認為，油價居高不下，國內航線票價三、五年前早該漲，現又砍半調漲，只能減少虧損金額，仍無法攤平成本。

據指出，國內航線從2005年迄今票價沒有調整，航空燃油卻從每公升約13元上漲至28元，漲幅超過兩倍，油價已占業者營運總成本的四成，去年國內四家航空公司合計虧損近7億元，迫使業者不得以併班或減班方式因應。

民航局瞭解航空公司經營困境，交通部也認為票價應合理反映業者成本，今年初規劃從票價結構來計算合理的調幅。
