黃世銘主動求見　北檢批「陷元首於不義」

【劉昌松／台北報導】檢察總長黃世銘將偵辦中案件內容洩漏給總統馬英九，今天不但被起訴涉嫌洩密，還被台北地檢署指責：「陷國家元首於不義。」

北檢在新聞稿中指出：《公務人員服務誓言》要求公務員要遵守《憲法》與政府法令，而非對個人效忠，而檢察總長指揮監督最高檢及以下各審級檢察官，更應獨立行使職權，保持中立，嚴防跟杜絕任何勢力的介入。

但黃世銘自行認定公務員的忠誠義務是向總統個人報告，因此主動求見總統，雖總統當時僅表示「尊重」，未對案件做出具體指示或認定，但「此舉已陷國家元首於不義，恐使人民產生元首干預司法之錯認。」
