恐怖特偵組　邊偵訊邊監聽

【丁牧群／台北報導】台北地檢署今早依洩密、違反《通訊監察及保障法》等罪起訴檢察總長黃世銘，依據起訴書，高檢署檢察官林秀濤於8月31日到特偵組作證時，因壓力太大，應訊中途要求打電話給牧師友人，但她根本不知道自己的手機早被特偵組監聽，因此林在電話中向牧師友人說到「長官要求全民電通案不上訴」等內容，立即被監聽人員抄錄，第一時間向特偵組檢察官鄭深元回報，鄭與特偵組組長楊榮宗再向黃世銘回報。
 
林秀濤講完電話，繼續接受訊問說：「他(高檢署檢察長陳守煌)告訴我說是柯建銘找他…柯建銘認為最好不要上訴，他(陳)認為這個案子不會多大、多嚴重。」鄭深元因為已經知道林與牧師友人講電話內容，因此直接問林：「如果沒有指示，妳是否可能上訴(全民電通案)？」林答：「是 ，我會上訴。」
