【動新聞】令下架又撤公文　衛福部亂揭混油

【方翊倩／綜合報導】衛福部食品藥物管理署雷厲風行掃蕩摻偽油品，昨下午竟發烏龍公文，要求各地衛生局將37件疑似摻偽油品下架，包括泰山、頂新等大廠油品，有通路也據此下架，消息傳出後食藥署才驚覺有誤，緊急撤銷公文。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，官員指，該公文指「請依本署通報名單將相關產品下架」；除大統、富味鄉等11款油品，另26件脂肪酸檢驗不完全符合的油品，今待各地衛生局回報查廠資料後，下午才公布下架名單。衛福部次長許銘能坦承，公文流程不嚴謹，若外流的業者名單不在其中，可給予國賠；消基會批荒腔走板，「部長邱文達該負政治責任。」
