【曾伯愷／新北報導】新北市三重區今天下午3時許發生1起車禍意外，兩輛小客車在環河南路與成功路發生車禍，疑似有人受困車內，強大的撞擊聲也讓附近民眾嚇了一跳趕緊報警求救，警消正趕往現場救援。
