看電影不爽被踢椅背　男潑咖啡反挨告

【胡治言／綜合報導】男子孫立文（29歲）到北市微風國賓影城看電影，不滿坐在斜後方的賴姓男子屢次踢他的椅背，憤而起身理論，還拿咖啡朝賴男潑灑。台北地檢署認為，孫男在公眾場所對賴男潑咖啡，已構成公然侮辱罪嫌，昨將他起訴。

《蘋果》報導，賴男因不滿帶女性友人看電影不成，還被潑一身咖啡，怒控孫男妨害名譽。而工作人員證稱，孫男走出影廳走出影廳時，手上拿著飲料空杯，賴男則是衣服濕透，頭髮還不斷有咖啡滴下，檢方因而認定咖啡是孫男所潑，並認為孫男在公眾場所對賴男潑咖啡，已污衊賴男人格，依公然侮辱罪嫌將孫男起訴，最重可判處一年徒刑。
