【陳亮諭／綜合報導】台中市男子陳育倫(25歲)身高182公分、體重破百，從小學三年級起體重快速增加，最多1年胖10公斤，大學畢業時體重已達110公斤，退伍時體重更飆破120公斤；因求職碰壁又好想談戀愛，下定決心透過中醫、戒斷零食及消夜，還靠打電動、早睡轉移注意力，8個月減重31公斤。

《蘋果》報導，陳育倫因過胖只能服替代役，派到監獄看管受刑人，因愛吃親友送來的泡麵、炸雞及珍奶，體重又直線上升，笑稱自己是「刑男」。退伍後須置裝，滿街竟找不到一件能穿的襯衫，決心減肥且求助中醫，另配合游泳、跑步、打球等運動。

他說減重第1個月最痛苦，全靠家人扮生活糾察隊，不能買零食，他說：「真的餓慌了，就打電動或運動。」吃中藥讓他覺得胃口變小，配合晚上11時以前就寢，杜絕想吃消夜的念頭，之後體重以每周約減1公斤的速度，直線下降，目前體重89公斤，腰圍從42吋減到32吋。
