10萬支風車造黃色小鴨　今開放入園參觀

【戴之聖／基隆報導】「哇！好大的鴨鴨！」基隆市1家大型生命紀念園區以10萬支黃色風車，在草原上打造長寬各80公尺的「黃色小鴨」，今天上午10時許正式開放，許多民眾攜家帶眷前往「朝聖」，當微風吹過，10萬枝風車同時轉動時，場面相當壯觀。

現場開放民眾以100元認購1支風車，可以在風車上寫下自己名字紀念，園區會把所得款項全數捐給慈善團體；另外園區也將申請金氏世界紀錄，希望將號稱「地表上最大的地景藝術」讓全世界知道。
