【方翊倩／綜合報導】網路流傳一段「台南某地方，欠錢不還被叫去學校脫衣毆打」的影片，一名少女遭四名女子脫衣毆打，強拍裸照。

《蘋果》報導，警方表示，這段影片全長約三分半鐘，一名長髮少女被四名女子包圍，其中一名主導凌虐過程，大聲斥喝「妳怎麼跟黃姓男生關係那麼好呀，找人相幹呀！」主導女子一邊掌摑對方，一邊拉扯對方衣服，還吆喝其他兩人幫忙，要拿著手機拍攝者拍好畫面。被虐少女哀求對方停手，但她哭喊的愈大聲，三名女子打的愈猛烈，甚至出手脫掉對方衣服，「妳還要走嗎？妳脫光光能夠走嗎？」

台南市警方根據YouTube帳號昨循線找到台中的邱姓男子，邱稱檔案是高雄友人兩、三年前向台南朋友要的，原一直存放在電腦裡，最近才又轉給他，他貼網想聲援，不料引發軒然大波。
