關說案檢評會今決議　洪泰文全程迴避

【胡守得／台北報導】檢察官評鑑委員會今天下午針對台高檢檢察長陳守煌、檢察官林秀濤評鑑案，及民間司改會將檢察總長黃世銘、特偵組承辦關說案檢察官移送評鑑兩案，召開程序討論，晚間決議兩案不併案，檢評會主席暨最高檢察署書記宫長洪泰文則全程迴避。
 
檢評會委員彭文正代表發言表示，委員中的一審檢察官代表張曉雯、二審代表鄭鑫宏，及司改會律師高涌誠、李念祖等4人，接受委員們建議，審查迴避，但參與委員們討論、決議。
