http://news.chinatimes.com/domestic/11050612/112013100100307.html 中國時報【張啟芳／高雄報導】　大陸旅遊法10月1日上路，陸客入台將以優質團取代shopping團，高雄旅行社業者擔心衝擊生意，建議政府不要限制大陸入台配額、團體和自由行旅客配額可以挪用、適度開放風景區人數管制、及移民署加強簽證速度，以符合現實旅遊環境。　高雄市旅行公會理事長沈本立昨率高雄市遊覽車公會理事長江其興等近10名業者到行政院南服中心拜訪主任楊秋興，轉達業者對大陸實施旅遊法可能造成的衝擊，政府應有如何的因應方式。　沈本立表示，10月1日後，大陸入台每團都是成本以上在收客，再實施配額制將跟現實環境脫節，加上9月曾發生簽證堵車問題，就是因為配額限制人數，現在如不解決，到過年連假，問題依舊存在。　沈本立主張放寬每天來團客和自由行客數，他說，現行每天5000名團客和2000名自由行人數都不敷使用，導致入出國及移民署申請案件大塞車，電腦時常當機、官員又不願意加班處理簽證，業者反映多次都無法獲得解決，衍生不少旅遊爭議。　楊秋興對業者的建議表示，會向交通部觀光局反映業者的新聲，允諾爭取放寬配額並適度開放風景區造冊的管制。 -- 真愛無國界 Welcome to CCR enjoy more fun! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.150.140.143
