強颱天兔　今8:30發陸警

【綜合報導】中央氣象局指出，強颱天兔預計上午8時30分將發布陸上警報，台東、屏東首先納入陸上警戒區域，花蓮、南部地區也須留意；另，關島東方海面熱帶性低氣壓向西北緩慢移動，恐有發展為輕度颱風的趨勢。

氣象局表示，目前天兔在鵝鑾鼻的東南方約 190 公里之海面上，以每小時18公里速度向西北西移動，對巴士海峽、台灣東半部及台灣海峽南部海面將構成威脅。恆春半島、台灣東半部沿海及綠島、蘭嶼已有長浪發生；台灣沿海地區已較強陣風。
