常「更換」自行車　男子遭警識破送辦

【張貴翔／新北報導】新北市五股1名29歲的戴性男子，因有多次偷竊自行車的前科，被蘆洲警方列為重點治安人口，警方多次到他住處查看跟監，發現戴男經常更換自行車，懷疑他可能又重操舊業繼續犯案，但卻苦無被害人報案，始終無法將戴男繩之以法。

但警方不甘處於被動，趕緊調閱戴男經常出入及行經地點的監視器畫面，發現戴男曾步行到1處社區後，騎乘自行車離開，於是派員到社區挨家挨戶詢問是否有自行車遭竊。果然成功找到被害人出面報案，警方隨後傳喚戴男到案說明，訊後依竊盜罪嫌函送法辦。
