【綜合報導】特偵組以涉嫌關說，移送法務部長曾勇夫。曾勇夫召開記者會，強調絕對沒有涉入全民電通案關說。曾勇夫對於特偵組這樣的處置方式感到痛心，認為這樣陷害自家人，感到非常不齒。曾勇夫表示，辦案要憑證據，如果用「莫須有」的理由來偵辦，實在讓人無法信服。
