由關島觀光局舉辦、一年一度的「關島購物嘉年華」，將於2013年11月29日至2014年1月5日展開，熱情邀請世界各國的遊客，來一趟最超值的購物之旅！為期38天的關島購物嘉年華，除了提供豐富的優惠折扣來滿足購物欲，更有精彩的時裝秀、烹飪表演、文化活動等，內容五花八門，要讓遊客盡情享受免稅購物天堂的旅行樂趣。
關島觀光局局長卡爾‧潘傑利南(Karl Pangelinan)表示，希望透過關島購物嘉年華，展示關島做為世界級購物天堂的一面。期間將有最超值的精品優惠，絕對能讓遠道而來的遊客們心滿意足地離開！
今年即將邁入第二屆關島購物嘉年華，將依據去年的成功經驗，進一步擴大規模、推出更多樣化的活動與內容，讓旅客在享受購物樂趣的同時，也能體驗關島傳統的「Hafa Adai」（關島原住民查莫洛語中「你好」的意思）精神，和與眾不同的島嶼文化。
關島觀光局於去年首度舉辦了關島購物嘉年華活動，獲得各國遊客的一致好評，今年更與時俱進將發行八種語言版本的購物指南與手機App，零時差提供購物資訊與優惠內容，讓遊客輕鬆第一手掌握各種折扣情報、成為戰力最強的血拼客！
