【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】熱錢撤資新興國家，迫使新興國家祭出措施因應貨幣貶值。巴西與印尼央行不約而同升息2碼；印度央行表示將直接提供美元給石油公司，以遏止印度盧比貶勢；菲律賓央行則示警，若菲律賓披索出現貶勢，將採取行動干預。
