遠傳已經向客服多次反應收訊差，在家也是可是客服態度傲慢一直沒有改善

反映到最後我有表明想轉換電信可是卻跟我提違約金的問題..我覺得根本在欺負消費者..收訊差每個月還要付月租想退還要違約金.....這超困擾的= =

所以想轉到別家...可是現在卻被違約金給困住了~

有沒有哪位大大可以提供意見??感謝~
