專家疑五楊偷工減料　國工局將調查

【李姿慧／台北報導】國1五楊高架通車才4個多月就裂開，新北市土木技師公會理事長余烈昨夜看到照片後直言是趕工偷工減料，施工底層爛泥土沒清乾淨就回填，且回填土壓實也不確實，下雨和地下水是推託之詞。

針對外界質疑品質不良情事，國工局今表示，經查施工階段皆依契約規定辦理，且經監造單位依程序辦理檢試驗，並留存完整品質紀錄，為解除外界疑慮，將委請第三公正單位或專業學會、機構再進行檢視調查，確保品質無虞，後續檢視結果若有需改善事項，將依契約相關規定辦理，絕不護短。
