「潭美」颱風最快下午宣布路警　北台灣出現雨勢

【陳建緯／台北報導】受到「潭美」颱風外圍環流影響，台北市今早出現明顯雨勢，許多趕上班民眾，全都撐傘穿雨衣，也有民眾索性穿涼鞋出門上班。氣象局最快今天上午將發布海上颱風警報，下午發布陸上颱風警報，提醒民眾外出要小心。
