【短片】洪案受命法官　丁俞尹擔任

【綜合報導】洪案移交桃園地院審理，今天抽出受命法官丁俞尹，陪審法官許菁樺，審判長鄭吉雄，未來將由三人組成合議庭審理洪仲丘案。

洪案將由桃檢刑七庭接手，審判長由法官資歷超過10年的鄭吉雄擔任；最重要的受命法官丁俞尹，由台大法律系司法組畢業；陪席法官則是由許菁樺擔任。針對桃檢抽籤結果，洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸表示樂觀看待，同時也期望能夠藉此還原洪案的真相。
