抗告駁回 賴素如續押

〔記者楊國文、侯柏青／台北報導〕台北市議員賴素如涉嫌在雙子星大樓聯合開發案中收賄，護航太極雙星拿下標案被起訴，台北地院裁定續押，賴提抗告，高等法院昨駁回抗告確定，依法，賴至少需再羈押三個月；另外，北院訂下週五首次開庭，除提訊賴素如到庭外，也將傳訊太極雙星公司實際負責人程宏道到案。

台北地院上週五裁定賴素如羈押禁見三個月，程宏道獲一百萬元交保，而北檢偵辦雙子星案，今年五月另收押太極雙星負責人何岳儒、專案協調人王佑仁，為避免串證，檢察官上週已向法院聲請延押何、王獲准。
